We offer many different opportunities for credit union staff to learn both the theory and practice of Asset/Liability Management as well as the full and expert use of their Wisdom ALM system.

Private Training via WebEx
Credit Union managers may schedule private training via Webex if an hour's work on the budget, for example, is wanted. These short sessions are most helpful for a specific area or routine and are often followed up by another short session for a check up after the reports are created.

Support is also available by e-mail. Questions may be e-mailed to technical support at wisdomsupport@fiserv.com. Please include your name, credit union name, phone number, area affected and nature of specific question.  A support technician will either e-mail you back or, if necessary, call to get more information.

Initial Guided Training Sessions - Online & Phone
Included with your licensing fee, individual training sessions guide you through the introduction and start up process. These sessions establish the support dialogue and offer the manager a wonderful opportunity to start using the system under the tutelage of our highly trained, credit union-experienced support staff. We recognize that each user starts at a different stage; our goal is to help the manager learn based on his or her own level of both computer and ALM experience.

Pre-recorded Sessions
We understand, with your busy schedule, you may not be able to attend one of our "live" training webinars. For your convienience, Wisdom provides, (at no additional charge) pre-recorded sessions on every area of our ALM, IPMS, and Accounting Suites. These sessions may be downloaded to your site for repeated viewing. The sessions vary in length from one to twenty-five minutes each.
